Initial & Follow-Up Visits
Each session includes hands-on treatment focused on the jaw, neck, and related postural muscles. The initial visit emphasizes assessment and targeted manual therapy, with a brief introduction to self-care. Follow-up visits build on your care plan with continued hands-on treatment, and over time, may include brief updates to your self-care routine.  

75 minutes · $245

The 75-minute session focuses on the jaw, head, and base of the skull, plus key neck muscles.

90 minutes - $285

If you tend to hold a lot of tension through your neck-shoulder area or traps, the 90-minute is usually the best fit, since it includes more postural muscles in that area and offers deeper, longer-lasting relief.

A decompressive technique that lifts and mobilizes fascia to release deep muscular tension and improve circulation. Cupping offers a sense of lightness and ease, complementing the hands-on therapy work.

 + Acutonics Sound Healing · $55
A deeply restorative sound therapy using tuning forks on acupressure and marma points to calm the nervous system, promote hormonal balance, and support deeper relaxation. This add-on will last between 10-15 minutes of the session, allowing time for an immersive, full-body frequency experience.
